Recently a new clip from Call of Duty: Warzone 2 shows one player dying brutally and tragically to lose the match. Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is in its Season 1 Reloaded right now, with Season 2 launching on February 15 and launching some significant changes to the game. For example, Activision is removing different-sized vests from Warzone 2, so all COD players will now by default start with a three-plate armor vest.
Also, Activision is making many updates to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in its Season 2, as players will now get a chance to earn the bonus and ultimate perks much faster. Despite all major changes, the core gameplay loop of Warzone 2 still remains the same, as user’s are going to be tasked with surviving as long as the player can inside the given circle. Also, one Call of Duty fan has even shared a few video clips of their tragic death during the final stage of a match.
A Reddit user shared a video which started with the player driving a vehicle to the last circle. The Reddit player got out of the vehicle before downing two of their opponents and killing one of them, and it looks as if they could win this Warzone 2 match.
But, the parked vehicle starts rolling down the hill, which immediately kills them and ends the match with the Reddit user getting second place. It’s a tragic way to lose a match of Call of Duty: Warzone 2, but many other COD players in the comments section don’t appear too sympathetic.
Many Call of Duty: Warzone 2 enthusiasts have criticized the Reddit user for bringing their vehicle to the last circle, along with a few saying that they don’t feel bad at all for the Reddit player’s unfortunate death. Some users even mention that the Reddit user got what they deserved for using the vehicle in such a manner, and one COD fan even wants Activision to disable all vehicles during this phase of the match.
At the same time, there have been a few players who are only somewhat against using vehicles, and they claim that gamers can utilize any in-game mechanic to win matches. The entire comments section is mainly filled with many users shaming the Reddit user for taking advantage of vehicles, along with a few COD fans stating that they played within the game’s rules. Indeed, it will be interesting to see if Activision ever disables the use of cars in the last circle, as it appears to be a major complaint among the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 player base.
