So McDonalds started their Monopoly game yet again. Every year that I eat there during the game I end up getting nothing but food. Not this time. I won a copy of Monopoly Streets. Yay me! right? Well no so much. First its not even released yet. I won a free copy on Pre-order. Second they're only giving copies for the 360. I haven't had a 360 for almost a year so I won something but I can't even use it.
Congratulations! You won a game that will be in $20 bargain bins in the next 6 months for a system you don't own.... Here I thought the depeche mode cd I won several years ago was a shitty prize....
If it comes shrink wrapped, take it straight to wal-mart and return it. If you return it without a receipt they will only offer store credit, but quite frankly store credit at walmart is practically cash.
I have done this before (not with monopoly games) but when Best Buy had the buy 2 get 1 free deal. I bought 3 games, 2 I didn't want and 1 I did. Took two of them back to wal-mart for store credit and kept Borderlands for free.

It finally showed up today, a week after release. It came shrink wrapped. Only downside is the only walmart near here that carries it is over half an hour away. I would take it to gamestop and get the ps3 version but oh yea the only one that carries the ps3 version is over half an hour away. Even when I win I can't win.
Just put a post up on craigslist and sell it for less than retail but more than what you would get for trade in. I'm pretty sure you can sell it off fast. If not, Christmas is just around the corner and it can make a great gift for a friend or relative who owns a 360
