There is this awesome software called "APP INVENTOR For Android" where you do just that! Create apps for your android! Basically what comes to mind is LBP game creation & this software = droid apps. I started working on the tutorials and finished 3 projects which help the user understand these controls little by little. There alot more, n i plan on completing some 2mrrw =D Has any1 else heard or check this out? And wasn't sure where to put this in threads.. Basically you work from an online site with your droid connected via USB and when your done you can transfer it to your phone & use it. I believe being able to put your ideas into the market is comming soon. I think this is awesome. =D
well good sir they start you off making a couple tutorial apps for your self like "HelloPurr" which is putting a picture and being able to add sound to touch. Or "picCall" Touch an image and dial out. "painPot" a drawing canvas over a picture. Next one im doing is creating a game like wackamole. then to more complicated ones like "where's my car" where you learn how to make apps with navigation ability. Tons more to learn but this is all so that we can become familiar with the creating app tools and eventually create what ever we desire =D You can use your phone or continue through an emulator. I can post specifics about all this if you want cuz i knw im all over the place explaining this XD
